Return Policy

For online orders:

We will give a full refund if the delivered product is damaged upon arrival or if the charms do not fit your bracelet.  Please send an email to juanita@charmz.co.za with a photo of your product within 48 hours upon receiving your package. 

For sales at markets:

Sales at markets are conducted by the respective market operator.  The market operators will have different refund policies.  Refunds from Charmz for purchases at markets will not be possible as the sales commission would already have been paid to the market operator and cannot be recovered afterwards.  We will however replace defective products or exchange them for similar valued alternatives.  Proof of payment from the market will be required to process the return. 

In all cases:

Should your bracelet not be your required size, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size provided we have stock.  If stock is unavailable, new stock will be ordered or exchanged for similar product.  Non-defective returned products should be unused and in original condition as we do not sell second hand products. We have a 7-day return policy in all instances and proof of payment should also accompany your return.

Permanent Jewelry:

We are not responsible for misplaced, lost or broken chains or for allergic reaction to metals.

We will re-weld any piece for free up to 15 days after purchase provided proof of date can be provided of service.
